- Log into your mobile banking app and click Set Up Now.
- Enter your active and accessible email address.
- There will be OTP sent to your email. Enter these six-figure OTP onto the mobile banking prompt screen.
- There will also be an SMS OTP sent to your phone. You will also be required to enter these figures onto your mobile banking prompt screen.
- Your digital token is now completed.
Setting digital token with physical token authentication
Aside from authenticating through email and SMS, you can use token authentication as an optional method. To do this:
- Still, log into your account and click Set Up Now.
- Enter your active and accessible email address.
- Activate Physical token tab, then follow the given instructions. Have there been a code sent to your phone number, enter that OTP onto your token.
- Once you’ve done the instructions, press this specific button so that you will get 6-digit code to enter into the app.
